On 12 December 2017, members of crime prevention were busy conducting high visibility patrols at Silindini locality when they followed up positive information and arrested a 39 year old male for possession of dagga.
A second group of crime prevention members did the same patrols in town and managed to close down two illegal taverns.
Liquor was confiscated and fines issued. The Cluster Commander, Brig Xakavu encouraged the members to daily enhance our police visibility so that the criminals can feel our physical presence during the festive season.
