The police have launched a massive manhunt following the gruesome incidents of murder and house robbery which occurred in the Elandskraal Policing area outside Mokopane in the early hours of this morning, 02 December 2017 at about 03:00.
It is alleged that the victim who is about 50 years of age was asleep together with his wife when unknown armed suspects broke into their house and entered through the back window, pointed them with firearms and fatally shot the man.
These suspects have ransacked the victim’s house, took an undisclosed amount of cash and one motor vehicle, a Toyota Land Cruiser after which they fled the scene but the Land cruiser was later found abandoned some kilometres away from that house.
The woman did not having visible injuries but she was taken to hospital with an ambulance for medical checkup.
The suspects in this matter are still unknown and there is no arrest.
