South African police are calmly waiting for the community to stop rioting after they dish out mob justice to an accused rapist. Mob justice is a common occurrence in South Africa, when the law is to slow to respond, members of a community take the law into their own hands.
The video reflects on the primitive behavior of black women who are illiterate, poor and toxic, taking the law into their own hands. The South African police allowed the incident to get out of control by not stepping in to dispense the crowds and arrest the perpetrator.
