This morning Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service responded to the N3 between Midway and Hidcote for reports of a collision.
When emergency services arrived they found that a truck had lost control and overturned, rolling down an embankment.
Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and found that 2 patients had sustained serious injuries.
The patients were treated on scene before being transported to hospital for further treatment.
