This evening Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service responded to Madadeni road for reports of a collision.
When emergency services arrived they found that 2 taxis had been involved in a head on collision.
Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and found that 4 patients had sustained critical injuries and 9 patients had sustained serious injuries.
The patients were treated on scene before being transported to hospital for further treatment.
Sadly 1 occupant sustained fatal injuries and succumbed to their injuries before emergency services arrived….
