In this video by ‘TheBradleysteyn’ we see a heart broken brother in law sharing after the recent senseless farm attack and murder on a farm in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga, South Africa. John Bosman was brutally killed on his farm attempting to protect his wife Leigh Bosman who had barricaded herself in the bedroom. John fought the three attackers bravely but died on the scene from gunshot wounds and knife trauma. The attack took place on 2 October 2018 at about 22:10.
Leigh called the armed response security company, High Tec and SAPS for help from the bedroom. The attackers stole a few household items and were attempting to steal the vehicles when the security response company arrived and fired several shots as the murderers as they fled in a southerly direction towards the Barberton road and/or other farms in the area. John Bosman leaves behind his beloved wife Leigh Foster Bosman, sons Steven and Dylan. Family and his mates. Along with a devastated community.
The murders across South Africa are affecting all of our citizens. We ask that you share this around the world and we urge you to please contact your local government representatives, and forward this, information and make the World aware that farm attacks in South Africa are very real. We in South Africa are hamstrung and need your international pressure to lift gag orders against freedom of the press on crime reporting and coverage. We need to lobby behind these initiatives.
