This morning Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service responded to the N2 at the Merlwood intersection for reports of a collision.
When emergency services arrived they found that two vehicles had been involved in a collision.
Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and found that one adult had sustained minor injuries.
The patient was treated on scene before being transported to the hospital for further treatment.
