A joint roadblock by members of Provincial Visible Policing, Kimberley Vehicle Crime Investigation Unit, Frances Baard District Visible Policing, Delportshoop Visible Policing and Northern Cape Traffic Officers on the R31, has sent a clear message to road users and motorists, as the law enforcement agencies would continue to clamp down on those violating the Road Traffic Act during the #SaferFestiveSeason and beyond.
