This afternoon Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service responded to the N2 Southport for reports of a collision.
When emergency services arrived they found that 2 vehicles had been involved in a collision. Following the collision one of the vehicle burst into flames and burnt out.
Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and found that 1 patient had sustained serious injuries and 4 patients had sustained minor injuries.
The patients were treated on scene before being transported to the hospital for further treatment.
Sadly 1 occupant had sustained fatal injuries and succumbed to their injuries before emergency services could arrive….
