This morning Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service responded to the R61 at Munster Crossing for reports of a collision.
When emergency services arrived they found that two vehicles had been involved in a collision.
Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and found that one patient had sustained critical injuries, one patient had sustained serious injuries and one patient had sustained minor injuries.
The patients were treated on scene before being transported to the hospital for further treatment.
Sadly, one occupant sustained fatal injuries and succumbed to their injuries before emergency services could arrive….
