Ten people were injured in a collision between a taxi and vehicle in Durban

Ten people have been injured after a Taxi and a light motor vehicle collided on Old Fort Road in Durban just after 7:30am this am.

ALS Paramedics arrived on the scene to find that the two vehicles had collided in the junction.

A quick triage was done and it was found that ten occupants from both vehicles had sustained injuries ranging from minor to moderate.

Immediately more ALS Paramedics ambulances were dispatched to the scene to assist.

Once all ten patients had been stabilized on the scene they were transported to various Durban hospitals for the further care that they required.

At this stage the events leading up to the collision are unknown however SAPS and Metro Police were in attendance and will be investigating further….
