Five people were left injured this morning following a collision between a taxi and light motor vehicle at the Culross and Main Road intersection in Bryanston, Johannesburg.
ER24 paramedics, along with another service, arrived on the scene shortly after 08h00 to find the light motor vehicle in the left-hand lane of the road while the taxi was found some distance away.
Paramedics assessed the patients and found that five people had sustained injuries ranging from minor to moderate. Fortunately, no serious injuries were found on the scene.
The patients were treated for their injuries and were thereafter transported to Edenvale Hospital for further treatment.
Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
