Thirteen people were left injured after two taxis collided on Barry Hertzog Avenue and Sabie road in Greenside this morning.
When ER24 paramedics arrived at the scene at approximately 07H00, they found most of the patients walking around at the scene. Two patients were found to have sustained serious injuries while the rest sustained moderate injuries.
ER24, as well as the City of Johannesburg EMS, treated the patients at the scene before transporting them to hospital for further medical care.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident were not known to our paramedics, but police were on the scene for further investigation
