In this video by ‘Morning Shot’ we see that in recent days the minister of police, Bheki Cele, toured around small towns of the Southern Cape to “enforce the law.” And in one instance launched a full scale operation which included a helicopter, to get surfers out the ocean. Apparently Cele would like people to obey the regulations, that he is vigorously enforcing at the beaches, including deploying the army to assist them, so that the police can tackle more serious crime issues. Seems the few beach goers are keeping the police too occupied to deal with murder, rape and other violence in South Africa.

The SANDF has been deployed to assist the police in keeping people off the beach! The video looks at the inept joke of the ANC and its police minister.
