In this video by Suidlanders Media, Simon Roche looks at how the threat of the ANC’s proposed expropriation of land without compensation in South Africa has had an effect on the price of properties, especially farms. The price of farm land had on average dropped 32% between December 2017, when Ramaphosa announced that he was going to drive this process of expropriation and the end of August 2018. But the situation has worsened dramatically since then and Roche shares the details. The prices are coming down and eventually there will be bankruptcy followed by famine.

Agriculture is vital for South Africa’s economic future and whilst not being the biggest, is definitely the most important component of the economy and it is imploding before our very eyes!
