In this video by ‘South Africa Awakening’ we see a report regarding USAF’s high court application in the Cape Town high court for self determination for all its members, both present and future. This is the second such application that has been lodged, the first one, which has not been heard by the court yet was lodged by Eureka. The video gives details pertaining to the application and how it pertains to those wishing such self determination in South Africa.
The application is as per international law requirements and the video explains all the necessary details.
