In this video by ‘Loving Life’ wee see that the Supreme Court of Appeal have found the current hate laws in South Africa to be deficient and their decision impacts retrospectively on earlier rulings – including the unjust jailing of Vicki Momberg by a racist judge in South Africa. The court’s ruling now clearly excludes Vicki Momberg from having been guilty of hate speech.
