Roodt discusses the economy and how it is affected by the people who run it, taxpayers who fund this running of the economy, tax revolt by with holding taxes and a number of interesting facts.
Roodt looks at the budget and states that there is actually very little in it. The speech has one tone but the actual document another, the video content and makes for a very interesting listen.
