In this video by ‘Renaldo Gouws’ wee see that the South African human rights commision has come out saying that five claims against the EFF and Julius Malema, do not constitute hate speech. The SAHRC further clearly implies that not all south Africans are equal under the law. There is a clear double standard when the rule of law is applied. Human rights? The commision is not concerned with all ‘human rights’, its a bind boggling lot of rubbish. It depends completely on your skin colour as to how your human rights are determined and not as it is specified in the constitution.

To make public callings to ‘Kill the Boer’ is a direct target against one ethnicity and is a simple very uncomplicated statement, how can this not be hate speech? And for Malema to say “We are not calling for the slaughtering of white people… as least not for now.” is hurtful, racist and also very clearly hate speech!
