In this video by Renaldo Gouws we see the blatant racism meted out to white South Africans by the ANC government. It concerns the youth employment initiative started by the President Cyril Ramaphosa called YES (Youth Employment Service). Yes4Youth is an initiative that helps the private sector and the government collaborate to empower unemployed youth and to combat unemployment among the youth. But if you are white it is impossible to even register on the web site. This example, like racist affirmative action and BEE, showcases the deliberate exclusion of whites from the labour market.
After many objections it was announced on Twitter on Thursday morning, 1 November 2018, that white youths will now also be included in their job seeking network. But the question remains, now that they will allow whites to register, what will be the next step? File 13?
