In this video by ‘My Africa’ we see how Julius Malema, the leader of the EFF causes havoc in Parliament. He tackles Ramaphosa over his State of the Nation address speech and the President’s promises. Malema also calls for ‘their people’ to occupy the currently unoccupied land, saying that it is their land. In typical fashion he stirs up emotion and causes drama. Whilst he does also call out the ANC on there corruption and other issues the entire process disintegrates into chaos. Malema insists that the people will occupy the land.
The ongoing unorganised disrespect for the rules of the house are ignored and things deteriorate further. The speaker then calls on the sergeant at arms to escourt the EFF members from the parliament. The EFF breakout into a unanimous call to occupy the land.
