In this video by ‘Loving Life’ we see that the ANC government having destroyed so much of South Africa since taking over in 1994 and now there plan to expropriate property may just be the final nail in the coffin of a once well run, functional and economically strong country. If your property is expropriated by the ANC Government without compensation this is how the bank will respond to your loan with them.
The video suggests that minority succeed from South Africa and at least have a chance to have decent non corrupt governance.
