In this video by ‘Willem Petzer’ we see that the ANC has admitted that they want total power over expropriation without compensation and that the courts will get no say in it. This is essentially a totalitarian dictatorship. How the ANC has gone from “The courts will decide” to ” The executive will have full and complete power?”
The ‘executive’ will be the president himself and a few people that he chooses and will give the government full power to expropriate anyone’s property without compensation and without going through any process at all!
