In this video by ‘LuiSpot’ we again see an unruly South African Parliament, where the honorable Vessels attempts to get his message across regarding the R800 million damage caused during ‘Fees must fall’ protests and how that money could have enabled 8000 students to get degrees. He points out how the EFF can’t understand this as they are caught up in their revolutionary mindset and that they and the ANC are preaching this lawlessness and doing nothing about the destruction and anarchy. Of course it’s impossible to have any civilised, functional process in this chaotic parliament.
The South African parliament is regularly disrupted by uncivilised behaviour and strong racist undercurrents that defeat any attempt for a civilised process to move any discussion forward. Ndlozi makes fun of empty vessels in an unproductive comment whilst the speaker shuts down Steenhuisen.
