In this excellent video from AfriForum, Ernst Roets looks at the mainstream media and there severe ‘double standards’ and narrative when it come to contentious issues in South Africa. Of course this is also a worldwide phenomenon where reporting is biased and deflects the story away from valid points and the truthful facts. AfriForum conducted an in depth study on how the media reports on farm murders, in comparison to other incidents of violence on farms as well as race related crime reporting, that is clearly unbalanced. Ernst explains the study in this informative video and the facts are astonishing.
The findings will form part of the book, ‘Kill the Boer’, published on June 30th. This study is very comprehensive and the statistics tell the story. The statistics comparing reporting on violence across the race groups will open your eyes to the fact of these double standards.
