In the “New South Africa” for some sectors of the population, Christmas shopping has a completely different meaning! Seems they have been taught well by the leaders of South Africa who have also cleaned out the countries coffers.
In many incidents in the country, when a truck breaks down, it seems to indicate to certain people that you may now help yourself to its contents. Looting of trucks has now become the norm in many areas.
