At 15H17 Monday morning Netcare 911 responded to reports of a Pedestrian vehicle collision on Dr Chota Motala Road in the Pietermaritzburg CBD.
Reports from the scene indicate that two adult females and a small child were struck down by a mini-bus taxi.
All three patients were treated on scene and transported to hospital for further assessment and care.
All necessary authorities were on scene to investigate.
