As part of the Thuthuka Driver Licence Training Programme, beneficiaries from across all districts in the province are this weekend (Saturday and Sunday) writing their learners licence tests at our various driving licence testing centres (DLTC) such as Mkhondeni, Pinetown, Rossburgh, Newcastle and Empangeni.
In the first phase towards obtaining drivers licences, 607 participants wrote their learners’ licence tests at the various DLTCs this weekend.
As part of this programme, over 4 000 beneficiaries were selected from all districts in the province to be supported financially to obtain their learners’ and drivers’ licences to assist them to acquire skills needed to get into the job market.
