KwaZulu-Natal: Netcare 911 responded to a collision on the N2 Shaka's Head.
Reports indicate that the driver of a mini-bus taxi lost control slamming into the bridge pillar.
When medics arrived they found the driver, an adult male also the only occupant on board deceased.
The KwaDukuza Fire and Rescue Services used hydraulic tool to free the man's body from the wreckage….
