Multiple commuters have been injured after a taxi crash on Richmond Road and the M13 intersection on Thursday morning around 10:30.
Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on the scene to find that a taxi and a vehicle had collided in a T Bone format. The driver of the vehicle was mechanically entrapped in his vehicle however once freed was found to have had minor injuries. Seven occupants from the taxi had sustained various injuries and were stabilised on the scene before being transported to a nearby Hospital for the further care that they required.
At this stage the events leading up to the crash is unknown however Metro Police were in attendance.
