A suspect (37), identified in a case of attempted murder where police officials were targeted in Vryheid (KZN Province) was arrested on Friday, 25 August 2023 and thanks to various stakeholders from law enforcement agencies, which include Titen Security, Valke Neighborhood Watch as well as Delmas and Devon SAPS.
A report indicates that on that day (25 August 2023) around 15h12, a white Toyota Corolla with Gauteng Registration number plates was spotted on the R548 Road when it went via Delmas towards Devon.
Through advanced technological equipment used by some members of the security cluster, the said vehicle was followed after information surfaced that the car was occupied by a person who has been the subject of Police investigation on a case which occurred in April this year (2023).
