On arrival, it was established that a Mini Substation had caught alight and was burning.
ECSA crews secured water sources on arrival.
Resources from City Of Joburg Fire arrived on the scene to extinguish the blaze.
Resources from Fidelity Secure Fire arrived shortly after on scene for additional assistance.
The fire was extinguished later with joint efforts amongst the different fire fighting entities.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported on the scene.
