Dundee Fidelity ADT team recovered stolen copper pipes over the weekend.
Around 3 am on Friday, officers were driving up Wilson Street Dundee towards Victoria Street, and they passed Deans Auto Spares, they noticed a very suspicious male in black clothes.
The officer stopped him and ordered him to drop what he was carrying in a black plastic bag. When the officer jumped out of the car, the suspect dropped the goods and fled.
A search was conducted, but the suspect was nowhere to be seen.
