Six people were left injured when a taxi overturned on Khan Road in Northdale, KwaZulu Natal

Six people were left injured this morning when a taxi overturned on Khan Road in Northdale, KwaZulu Natal.

ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene at 06h40, finding a taxi lying on its side in the middle of the road. The occupants had already climbed out of the vehicle and were now found seated on the side of the road.

Paramedics assessed the patients and found that six had sustained minor to moderate injuries. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were found on the scene.

The patients were treated for their injuries and were thereafter transported to Northdale Provincial, as well as another private hospital, for further treatment.

The local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
