National Land Transport Act (5/2009) (“NLTA”) – Regulations
We would like to inform you that the NLTA Regulations were published on 14 December 2023 for comments (GG 49863). The comment period ended on 15 January 2024. The Gazette is available on our website.
Our office was closed during the December period, and we could unfortunately not inform you of the publication for comment in December.
AARTO LEGISLATION WORKSHOPS – Early 2024
Although the AARTO Act is expected to be implemented in phases from 1 February 2024, the AARTO Act Proclamations and Regulations have not been published yet.
We are therefore postponing the AARTO information sessions for a few weeks to ensure the latest information is provided during the workshops. We will provide you with dates for the workshops as soon as the gazettes are published.
