DFW Fire & Rescue NPC First Aid Responders were first on site, took control of care and additional response.

DFW EFAR ( EMERGENCY FIRST AID RESPONDER) Garine DeWet responded to an accident whereby a 30-year-old Mozambican male got injured by a vehicle.
She performed first aid and also gave all the right information to the DFW radio control room per 3 different WhatsApp messages.

1 the exact location per ?? on WhatsApp to 084 752 8120
2 a picture of the patient
3 a short observation in a few sentences of the vital signs of the patient. In this case: " head trauma and broken bones".
These vital information messages are then confirmed, and the DFW controllers take action, like in this case, the EMS ambulance services are requested by phone, and a request with the 3 WhatsApp messages, telling it all, is sent to the DSSN municipal control room for a similar act to warn police, traffic and who else is needed.
