Earlier this morning Emer-G-Med paramedics responded to the scene of a collision on the M71 near the Jukskei River in the Lonehill area of Johannesburg.
On arrival on the scene, an LDV was found to have overturned.
Twenty-one people were found to be injured.
A male aged approximately thirty years old suffered fatal injuries and was declared dead on the arrival of paramedics.
An on-scene triage area was established by incident commanders and multiple patients were treated for injuries ranging from moderate to serious before being taken to various nearby hospitals by ambulances for further care….
