At approximately 14h15 on Tuesday Emer-G-Med paramedics responded to the scene of a shooting at a popular shopping mall on Brakfontein Road in Centurion.
On arrival on scene a male aged in his forties was found in a critical condition with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body.
Advanced Life Support intervention was needed to stabilize him before he was taken to a nearby hospital for further care.
Reports from the scene allege the man was shot during an armed robbery incident however the exact facts will be determined by the South African Police Services.
