A 52-year-old man suffered injuries after a minibus taxi forced him off the road in Redcliffe this evening (Wednesday).
Reaction Unit South Africa were called out to the scene at the corner of Summit Drive & Cliff-view Road at approx 19:30. Upon arrival Reaction Officers found an overturned white Izuzu Bakkie lying in ditch alongside the road.
Paramedics were summoned to the scene to attend to the injured driver. He was stabilized on scene & transported to Osindisweni Hospital for further treatment.
According to the driver, he was forced off the road by a speeding white Toyota Quantum taxi. The taxi fled the scene.
