It is perceived that this was as a result of a Headon collision between Taxi & Bread Truck then the Bakkie caused a secondary accident as it crashed into bread truck.
Emergency Medical Services and Provincial Traffic Services responded to the scene.
4 Persons are Declared Dead on scene
9 Minor injuries
8 Moderate injuries
2 Critically injured (1 airlifted to Busamed Hospital in Harrismith) all other patients transported to Manapo Hospital in Qwaqwa.
The Free State MEC for Health, Honorable Montseng Tsiu has sent her condolences to the families and friends of the deceased and wished a speedy recovery to the injured.
