Multiple people injured in Durban North collision

Durban: At approximately 19H20 Friday evening Netcare 911 responded to reports of a serious collision on the corners of North Coast Road and Rinaldo road in Durban North.
Reports from the scene indicate there were fourteen occupants in the taxi.
Two of the patients were trapped in the wreckage  and had to be freed by the Ethekwini Fire and Rescue using the "Jaws of Life"
Two patients required Advanced Life Support intervention.
All the patients were transported to hospital for further treatment.
All necessary authorities were on scene to investigate.
