Driving on N12 between Slovo Park and Eldos (Eldorado Park) could be very dangerous at night, as criminals put rocks on the road to hijack motorists.
A man died in the early hours of this morning when he was hit with rocks by criminals after an accident.
Yolisa Chulayo, the brother of the deceased, said he was informed that his brother was involved in an accident earlier this morning.
When Yolisa arrived at the accident scene, he was told that there were rocks on the road and his brother was trying to swerve, but he couldn't because the car rolled over.
Yolisa said when his brother tried to come out, two thugs approached him and hit him on the head with rocks.
After he passed away, the criminals took everything from him around 3 am.
"We are distraught, we don't know how to deal with this. However, it needs to be an eye-opener for the motorists who use this road on the regular basis," said Yolisa….
