Shortly after 06:43am Netcare 911 responded to an accident on Modderfontein and Greenstone Drive in Edenvale this morning.
On arrival Netcare 911 attended to the 5 patients, 4 sustained minor the moderate injuries and the 5th a male biker was found lying near his bike and sadly he sustained fatal injuries and was declared dead on the scene.
Reports from the scene indicate that the motorbike T-boned the Taxi. Various emergency medical services transported the injured patients to hospital for further care.
Metro police was on scene to investigate.
