This morning, one person sustained minor injuries following a multiple vehicle collision on the N1 near the Plattekloof Bridge in Panorama, Western Cape.
ER24, Western Cape Fire, Metro Rescue and EMS, and other services arrived to find approximately thirteen vehicles, including three trucks spread across one side of the highway.
Several people were seen walking around the scene.
Medics assessed the patients and found that one person had sustained only minor injuries. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were found.
The patient was treated and transported to a nearby hospital for further care.
Traffic was heavily affected due to the collision.
Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations….
