Limpopo MEC for Transport and Community Safety, Florence Radzilani, will visit the scene of the horrific accident, that claimed the lives of 16 people, on the morning of Friday, 03 March 2023, on the R579 between Groblersdal and Motetema.
The MEC will be joined by the Chairperson of the Portfolio on Transport and Community Safety in the Legislature, Hon Rebecca Seono, the Acting Mayor of Elias Motsoaledi Local Municipality, Cllr Delly Matjomane, and the Executive Mayor of the
Greater Sekhukhune District, Cllr Maleke Mokganyetji.
The MEC’s visit will be as follows:

The visit will start with a briefing session at Elias Motsoaledi Municipality and then proceed to the scene of the accident on road R579. Members of the media are invited to join the MEC as scheduled.
