KwaZulu-Natal at approximately 06H20 Monday Morning Netcare 911 responded to reports of a serious collision on the Queen Nandi drive and quarry park close intersection.
Reports from the scene indicate that a truck and two mini-bus taxi's were involved in a collision Leaving four dead and multiple people with serious injuries.
Two of the bodies had to be removed from the wreckage by the Ethekwini Fire and Rescue using the "Jaws of Life"
All the patients were treated on scene and transported to hospital by several ambulances that were on scene.
