KwaZulu-Natal: At 18H07 Saturday evening Netcare 911 responded to reports of a serious collision on the N3 North bound between Lynnfield and Ashburton.
Reports from the scene indicate that a bus with approximately one hundred and twenty passengers left the road and had a head on collision with a light motor vehicle traveling in the opposite direction.
Three people from the car were declared deceased on the scene, another sustained critical injuries and has been transported to hospital under the care of an advanced life support paramedic.
All necessary authorities are on the scene to investigate.
