KwaZulu-Natal: Seventeen injured in fiery taxi crash on the R103 Rosetta in the KZN Midlands Region.

KwaZulu-Natal: At 15H06 Monday afternoon Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the R103 Rosetta in the KZN Midlands Region.

Reports from the scene indicate that the driver of a mini-bus taxi lost control resulting in a rollover and subsequent fire.

Medics assessed the scene and found that seventeen patients had been injured, two seriously so requiring advanced life support intervention to stabilise them.

All the patients were treated on scene and once stabilised were transported by various ambulance services to hospitals in the area.

All necessary authorities were on scene.
