At approximately 11H11 Netcare 911 responded to a call of a collision on the N14, behind the Krugersdorp Nature reserve.
Reports from the scene indicate that a light motor vehicle towing a trailer had a collision with a mini-bus taxi, whilst paramedics were on scene a secondary collision occured between another light motor vehicle and an Ambulance.
A total of fourteen patients were treated on scene by various services, the patients were transported to hospital for further assessment and care.
Fire and Rescue services were on scene as well as local traffic authorities who will conduct an investigation.
