The Eastern Cape Department of Transport is proud to announce that in line with its youth skills development programme, its Human Resource Development directorate has 25 bursaries available for deserving youth in the following Transport related programmes:
• ND/Degree in Maritime Engineering (3-year qualification only) – 10 bursaries
• ND/Degree in Civil engineering (3-year qualification) – 10 bursaries
• ND/Degree in Architectural studies (3-year qualification) – 5 bursaries
Selection Criteria
Preference will be given to individuals:
• Who excel academically
• Demonstrate financial neediness
• Who has potential and are not benefiting from any other bursary scheme.
• Applicants must meet admission requirements as stipulated by the University/ Institution and attach such proof.
• Applicants should at least have obtained a Level 4 in Mathematics and Physical Science and English.
